 Love variety but still want the consistency of a regular schedule? Our Floater Teacher follows an established daily routine while working throughout the center, getting to know multiple classrooms, age groups, educators, and children. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys staying busy, working as part of a team, and gaining experience across early childhood education. No previous childcare experience is required for the right candidate, and professional growth is strongly encouraged and supported.

 If you are organized, dependable, and take pride in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, our kitchen may be the perfect fit. This position oversees the day-to-day preparation of meals and snacks while maintaining a clean, organized, safe, and well-stocked childcare kitchen. Previous kitchen or CACFP experience is a plus but not required. We are willing to train the right person, with the opportunity to obtain professional food protection certification after hire.

Looking for variety and flexibility without giving up the opportunity for consistent hours? Our Building Substitute provides coverage throughout the center for planned and unexpected staff absences while also supporting classrooms, teachers, and center operations wherever needed. When no scheduled absence exists, an established schedule is provided. This position is ideal for someone adaptable, dependable, self-motivated, and happiest when every workday is not exactly the same.
